Our Chefs skillfully break down locally sourced chickens to form delicious yakitori.
From cutting to seasoning to grilling, we take great care in order to present to you an irresistible Yakitori Totto experience. Our delectable yakitori is paired with our special sauce called "TARE" which is made fresh daily by carefully simmering fruits, vegetables, spices, and other secret ingredients in order to create a simple and tasty meal.  

"Yakitori" in Japanese means "Grilled Chicken".

This is a unique dish served in many Japanese "Izakaya" due to its ease of preparation. This involves grilling small pieces of meat and skewering them with "Kushi", a type of skewer while seasoning with "Tare" sauce.
